HIGH POWER TESTING

         up to 20 kA, 250 V, 50 Hz, 1 phase, 4 seconds,
         up to 40 kA, 50 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 seconds, at power factor of 0.08 to 1
Temperature rise testing up to 9000 A, 50 Hz, 1 phase

  • General requirements to AS/NZS 3100:2002 plus amendments
  • Tests on electric fence energizers in accordance with IEC 1101 and IEC 60335-2-76 including regional and national variations
  • Other Tests to IEC 60950.1 including national variations
  • Residual Current Devices to AS 3190 and IEC 61018 including national variations (Parts .1,.2.1, and .2.2)
  • Elastomer flexible cords to AS/NZS 3191:1996 including amendment 1, Approval and Test Specification - Electrical Flexible Cords, excluding tensile strength and elongation tests

 

 

HIGH VOLTAGE TESTING

 

  • Calibration of 50Hz, AC, DC and Impulse Voltage measuring equipment using sphere gaps to IEC 60052 and equivalent national standards over the following ranges:
          50Hz ac voltage (peak) 8kV to 206kV ±3%
          DC voltage either polarity 8kV to 99kV ±5%
          Negative impulse (50% values) 8kV to 800kV ±3%
          Positive impluse (50% values) 11.2kV to 800kV ±3%
